GEORGE WILSON
PRESIDENT & CEO
George Wilson graduated from Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri. His first job was with a group insurance carrier with an office in Dallas, as he moved from the Kansas City, Missouri area to Dallas to begin his career. While working on the carrier side, he honed his underwriting and actuarial skills as it applies to group medical insurance.
Mr. Wilson is an expert in claim projection formulas and trend analysis, especially as it pertains to group health plans.
He has continually sharpened his underwriting skills and also provides valuable expertise to all of our clients with more than 150 employees through our advanced claims analytics tools.
Our analytics are benchmarked against the largest medical benefits database in the country, providing our clients with a significant advantage in terms of controlling healthcare costs.
With Mr. Wilson leading the way and actively involved in developing several custom formulas, we are able to fight the big medical carriers and TPA's, which has resulted in many of our clients experiencing either no increase or a decrease in their rates over the last five years.
When he first joined the workforce in Dallas, Mr. Wilson met the legendary motivational speaker Zig Ziglar. He attended Zig's bible study
class at 1st Baptist Dallas.
Ziglar took George under his wing, mentored him, and instilled in him the fundamental principles of treating others with respect and helping them achieve their goals. Mr. Wilson is driven every day by the belief that you can have everything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want, a lesson he learned from Zig Ziglar. In the group benefits space, what businesses want is great benefits at a reasonable price.
"Businesses expect high-quality service that is also fast, and they don't want to feel like they are just another number or stuck in a never-ending phone tree or chatbot conversation. At our company, we treat all clients equally and provide them with the same level of service that we would want for ourselves."
